fresh fallen snow

The sunset was AMAZING tonight!! ...over the ocean..part of the sky looked glorious with the sun blazing through the clouds while it smeared into a dark hole ready to suck everything into the water with it...and not to mention the gorgeous snow we were sprinkled today...okay I can't even give it a real chance of amazing in my words - or my picture.
we are back in Canada..and though it usually doeasn't snow here in Victoria - it did. The even better part is that tomorrow is supposed to be blue sky and sunny...cold but sunny! it has been a little trying on my soul to be plummetted into continued dismal gray after being in sunshine for months and months. brad however is not minding it - good on him.
so life is back to normal-ish. did we ever leave???? it always seems a time warp coming back and jumping back into routine. it is good to be back to friends and our community where we are involved. although, we are still seeking out all we gleaned from our adventures over that last 4 months.
b's scudded right back into school with 6 classes this semester and i have work, an art class, youth group, projects, and the list continues.
and in this moment...we are enjoying the fresh, crisp, snowy, winter.
